What makes Charlottesville-Albemarle special to you?
I love that I seem to run into someone I know basically everywhere I go in Charlottesville. And even if I don’t see a familiar face, the hospitality of everyone in the community makes me feel completely at home no matter where I am.
Ultimate Charlottesville Saturday?
I’d begin the morning with a run on Ridge Road. Then I would spend time wandering around the City Market with friends, followed by a trip to Crozet to pick strawberries at Chiles Orchard. I’d end the day cooking dinner with my family at home.
Most looked-forward-to part of working at Charlottesville Tomorrow?
I’m surprised and impressed by the changes to Charlottesville’s landscape every time I come home from college. I’m looking forward to being closer to the decisions driving these changes and witnessing them in a more active capacity.
