Judge rejects motion to block search of Dumler's laptop

A prosecutor told an Albemarle County judge Wednesday that he’s investigating additional complaints against embattled Albemarle County Supervisor Christopher J. Dumler.

Those complaints make necessary a search of Dumler’s personal laptop, prosecuting attorney Jeffrey W. Haislip said. Judge Robert H. Downer Jr. rejected Dumler’s motion seeking to block the search.
