Another set of grades, another bag of mixed results.

Local governments ranged from ratings of A to F in an independent study of their efforts to make their budgets available and understandable online.

Surprisingly, sophistication of the government and affluence of the population don’t necessarily translate into government’s exertion to provide budget accessibility.
