Supervisors OK study for Hedgerow Park project
The Daily Progress Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at 10 p.m.
The Albemarle County Board of Supervisors authorized a conceptual engineering study for the Hedgerow Park project at its meeting Wednesday.
 
The goal of the study, which will cost about $15,000, is to address potential issues that could affect design and cost of the park. The funds for the study will be appropriated at the May 3 board meeting.
 
Hedgerow Park is a 340-acre parcel of land that was donated to the county. The land is south of, and adjacent to, the Ragged Mountain Natural Area.
