Opinion/Editorial: Court is best arbiter in dispute

We’re inclined to agree that a court should decide the matter of precedence regarding Charlottesville’s and Albemarle’s dispute over bicycles on Ragged Mountain trails.
That’s because the issue at stake involves a question of state law. The only reasonable venue to decide such a matter is, therefore, a court of law.
Albemarle County filed suit against the city for implementing rules at the Ragged Mountain Natural Area that Albemarle claims violate county ordinance.
