At City Council forum, Hill counters Fenwick's Belmont Bridge criticism

A Democratic candidate running for Charlottesville City Council challenged the efficacy of the city’s leadership Wednesday evening after an incumbent councilor running for re-election told a crowd that he is wary of tentative designs for the Belmont Bridge.
At a candidate forum hosted by the Greenbrier Neighborhood Association, Democratic candidate Heather Hill, who serves on the Belmont Bridge Steering Committee, sought to correct comments Bob Fenwick made about the bridge project while answering a question about capital improvement projects.
