Bellamy, Signer & Galvin win Council primary

Preliminary results of the Democratic primary for the Charlottesville City Council are in.

After an unofficial was tallied by election officials, candidates Wes Bellamy, Michael Signer and Kathy Galvin are expected to be the Democratic nominees in the November general election, where three of the five council seats will be up for grabs.
