City Council Elects Mayor & Vice Mayor

At their July 3, 2006 meeting, the Charlottesville City Council elected its new leadership for 2006-07.  Dr. David Brown was elected for another term as Mayor and Kendra Hamilton was elected for her first term as Vice Mayor.
