Meetings Regarding Proposed Splash Pad at Tonsler Park Begin February 25

CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA – The Department of Parks and Recreation will be holding a series of meetings on the design and operation of the splash pad proposed for Tonsler Park as part of park’s master plan implementation.  

The first meeting will be held on Thursday, February 25 at Tonsler Park and will begin promptly at 6:00 PM.  

The department is seeking community input on the type and style of development and features that are desired.  There will be an extensive amount of time for community discussion and input after a brief staff presentation.
