The Daily Progress Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at 9 p.m.
The city of Charlottesville will temporarily suspend its pilot parking meter program downtown starting Friday. In addition, parking in the Market Street Parking Garage will be free on weekends for the remainder of the year.
