New Information Regarding How to Report
Last week, the Albemarle County Broadband Authority (ABBA) asked members of the community to report areas in the County with insufficient broadband access. Since then, we have received hundreds of reports from residents! To allow us greater flexibility in accepting responses, we have redesigned the County’s Broadband page to have a permanent home for reporting on broadband – the link circulated last week has been expired.
Residents are encouraged to visit www.albemarle.org/broadband to both report on areas without coverage and to view the County’s map on affected areas.
Residents can also submit their reports by email to broadband@albemarle.org or by calling 434-296-5891. The deadline to submit feedback is Monday, October 29, 2018.
