Individual Household Well and Septic Loan Program
SERCAP’s Household Well and Septic Loan program provides rural residents with loans of up to $15,000 at a 1% interest rate to pay for the installation of a new standard or alternative septic system, and/or to cover the cost of digging a new well or repairing an existing well.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Your home is in an eligible rural area.
- You own and occupy your house.
- Yours is an existing home--new construction is not eligible.
- Your household income is less than $113,700, regardless of household size.
