The Housing Resources Guide is meant to be useful. And in order for it to be useful, it has to be up to date.
Use this form to either add a new resource to the guide, or update information for an existing resource. If it’s a new resource, fill out the entire form. If you want to update a resource, fill out the whole form, or just the parts that need to be amended.
