The Crossings at Fourth & Preston – Affordable Supportive Rental Housing
SupportWorks Housing owns and operates the Crossings at Fourth & Preston which features 60 low-cost studio apartments as well as supportive services for residents such as case management, individual counseling, skill building, social connectivity, and community engagement. You may apply directly or be referred by partner organizations that serve people experiencing homelessness, veterans, seniors, and people with disabilities.
- You are experiencing homelessness, or your income is less than or equal to 50% of area median income (AMI). Examples as of 2025:
- $48,800 for a household of 2
- $61,050 for a household of 4
- You are single (no couples or families).
- Pets are not allowed.
