First Quarter Building Report for 2009

.  This chart, prepared by Charlottesville Tomorrow shows the trend in building permits and their location in Albemarle’s growth area vs. rural area since 1997.  The linked report has details about the specific type of building (e.g. single family detached) as well as the specific magisterial district/neighborhood area.
