Dave Norris was Mayor of Charlottesville from 2008 through 2011 and currently serves as Executive Director of the Charlottesville Area Association of REALTORS® (CAAR) Foundation. Dave was the founding Executive Director of PACEM (People and Congregations Engaged in Ministry) from 2004 to 2009 and spearheaded the effort to establish The Crossings at Fourth and Preston, central Virginia’s first permanent supportive housing facility for the homeless. He also played a leading role in the creation of the day shelter The Haven, which opened in 2010.
