On WTJU’s Soundboard this week, Giles, Elliott, and Emily talk with host Eliza Wilson about change in the Belmont neighborhood of Charlottesville, including a long-time rental community being displaced and the pressures that promote single-family homes over potentially affordable apartment buildings.
