The Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce Business Women’s Round Table today announced that the Annual Chamber Quadruplicity Conference will be held on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at the Doubletree Hotel.

Quadruplicity 2018 is underwritten by University of Virginia Health System, Wilkinson Wealth Management, BB&T, and Robbins Staffing. The featured Keynote Speaker will be Gunilla Girardo, Vice President, Global Corporate Partnerships of Twomentor.
    
The Annual Chamber Quadruplicity Conference focuses on four key elements used to balance lives: Career, Life, Money & Health. In its eleventh year, Quadruplicity welcomes Gunilla Girardo as our Keynote Speaker. Ms. Girardo the Vice President, Global Corporate Partnerships of the firm Twomentor. Twomentor is a high impact training & development firm focused on talent strategies for a diverse workforce. They build mentoring cultures to elevate women in the workforce and provide customized solutions for training and retaining the best and diverse talent. Ms. Girardo is a results-driven agile – internationally recognized – leader backed by strong market development skills and a vast international network. She has 20+ years of experience in helping companies and organizations grow and succeed in the United States and Europe. She has a keen entrepreneurial understanding, identifying, and capturing emerging markets and needs – all while helping the next generation of leaders excel.

Twomentor provides the perfect platform for her to help companies create healthy work cultures where women, millennials, and minorities are elevated to leadership positions with the help of corporate mentoring and sponsorship programs. Ms. Girardo is a change-maker for goodness. She is a master networker, generous connector and smart strategist, manifested in her desire to make the world better through effective action.

As past President for the Swedish-American Chambers of Commerce, the organization grew to be the second largest European Chamber of Commerce in the U.S.

In advising young people entering the workforce world today, Ms. Girardo underscores the importance of taking the time to travel and engage in cross-cultural experiences. But she has more advice for the older generations who can learn so much when they take the time to invest in young people. Each company, organization, and individual that Ms. Girardo touches is a stitch in the work of art that she has dedicated her life to completing.

Quadruplicity 2018 also welcomes Dr. Susan Kellett-Forsyth, a graduate of the first co-ed class at the U.S Military Academy at West Point, as closing speaker. It was 1976, and she was one of the first 119 female cadets to enter West Point after Congress authorized the admission of women. Dr. Kellett-Forsyth retired as an Army Major after 16 years of service. In 2003, she earned a doctorate in organizational leadership.
