On September 5, 2006, the
Charlottesville City Council
received a development status report from Jim Tolbert, the City’s Director of Neighborhood Development Services. In a series of six PowerPoint presentations with 155 slides, Mr. Tolbert reviewed the development projects completed since 2003, development in progress, projects in various stages of review or discussion, and potential development sites in the City and around the University of Virginia.
