On May 29, 2008, the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce held its annual Spring Business Luncheon at the Farmington County Club. The featured speaker was Dr. William C. Bosher, Jr.
Bosher is Executive Director of the Commonwealth Educational Policy Institute at Virginia Commonwealth University. He is a Distinguished Professor of Public Policy and Education and served as Virginia’s Superintendent of Public Instruction during the administration of Governor George Allen. He also served as Superintendent of Chesterfield County and Henrico County Public Schools.
Charlottesville Tomorrow recorded Dr. Bosher’s keynote address. Bosher entertained the business audience wrapping reflections on his experiences in public education with personal stories about his family.
