Employees in the City of Charlottesville have been encouraged to think of new and creative ideas to promote efficiency, enhance services, and increase engagement.

At a ‘Create the Day’ event in May, I pitched the idea of having self-service kiosks for citizens to use to complete a myriad of local governmental and citizen communication transactions. Now I am collecting the community’s input through a brief survey to gauge interest in self-service kiosks.
