(Charlottesville, Va.) – Piedmont Virginia Community College has received state and national recognition from the National Council of Marketing and Public Relations, the Telly Awards and the Virginia Community College Association for marketing initiatives and projects implemented in 2016.
Marketing awards received in 2016 include:
PVCC’s award-winning marketing materials were created by staff in the college’s Marketing and Media Relations Office, which includes Leigh-Anne Lawrence, director; Nathan DuPriest, multimedia design specialist; Randy Beard, graphic design specialist; and Betsy Hernandez, public relations and marketing specialist; by Lesley Wood, marketing specialist in the Workforce Services Division; and by Susan Nicholson, assistant to the arts coordinator/technical theater director in the Humanities, Fine Arts and Social Sciences Division.
