Heather Hill is a former Charlottesville city councilor and mom to three kids in Charlottesville City Schools. Hill substitutes and volunteers in elementary schools and is engaged in the Charlottesville Middle School PTO, Black Knights Athletics Club and the committee for the C-will Fund. She is on the board of the Charlottesville Police Foundation, including its Youth Programs Committee, and is a founding board member for the newly formed Charlottesville Parks Foundation. She volunteers for Girls on the Run and the Brooks Family YMCA’s Water Safety and Learn to Swim programs. She previously served on the board of Charlottesville Tomorrow.
