James "Littlez" Dowell, Jr. is a native of Charlottesville, Virginia and a co-founder of Prolyfyck Run Creww. Prolyfyck is a Black-led running group based in Charlottesville, Virginia. Founded in 2019, Prolyfyck’s mindset centers around community and abundance rather than competition. James was selected as one of eight 2025 Emerging Leaders by Running USA, host of the annual Running USA Industry Conference.
