Hi Readers!
I’m Jesse, a senior at Albemarle High School, and I’m exited to intern as part of the Charlottesville Tomorrow team. Working for a local news outlet is unique because it allows me to see Charlottesville, a town I have spent most of my life in, from a new perspective. I am interested in both data science and journalism, so Charlottesville Tomorrow allows me to learn from both the reporters and the business end of a nonprofit. As of now, I am looking to major in political science and media studies, so I am beyond grateful for this opportunity.
