Is the historic Woolen Mills site an appropriate place for new housing, offices & retail?
Albemarle County and the city of Charlottesville have been exploring ways to make the Rivanna River corridor an attractive resource, economically and recreationally. A recent proposal would transform the historic Woolen Mills buildings into a mix of residential and commercial spaces.
